By accessing or using Sepio ERD (the "Service"), provided by Sepio Labs ("we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Sepio ERD is a visual database schema designer and diagramming tool. The Service is provided "as is" and allows users to create, visualize, export, and (optionally) cloud-sync relational database models. We are continuously updating the Service and may change or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
3. Local-First and Data Responsibility
When using Sepio ERD offline or without an account, your data is stored locally in your web browser.You are solely responsible for backing up your local data.Clearing your browser cache or site data may result in the permanent loss of local schemas. We are not liable for any data loss that occurs on your local device.
4. User Accounts
To access advanced features such as cloud storage and multiplayer collaboration, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
- To submit false or misleading information, or to upload viruses or malicious code.
- To attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service infrastructure.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding schemas provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sepio Labs and its licensors. Your database schemas, models, and exported code are entirely your property. We claim no ownership over the database architectures you design using our tool.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sepio Labs, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
